Wednesday, December 26th, 2007High-concentration black master batch product introduction The black master batch E051series developed by our company is processed by adopting special imported resin, top-grade carbon black, dispersant, lubricant etc via advanced mancraft. The product provides the following characteristics: carbon black content is up to 50%, nontoxic, no odor, excellent in dispersing ability, strong coloring strength, strong ability in resisting heat, excellent ultra-violet shielding capability etc. It has been widely used in the micro-plastic film, leakage proof film, milk film, water-supply pipe, cable sheath etc and other plastic products basing on PE PP EVA PS ABS. The product has passed the tests of China National Center for Test of Chemical Building Material, Qilu SINOPEC Resin Institute, Test Center of Shandong Plastic Industry, and Shandong Sanitation Prevention Center, and been certified by “SGS” and conforms to European standard. The product is recommended by the ago-plastic film experimental team of the 9th five torch plan. 二、technical index 1、outline：3*3mm, smooth surface. 2、carbon black content：50% 3、melting index MI(g/10min) >=2—50 4、 water content（Volatile）%〈0.15 5、heat resistant：≥class 4 6、transfer resistant：≥class5 7、coloring strength：101% 三、using method: mix evenly according to certain ratio. 四、ratio reference：1%--4%,which could be adjusted by the user.
