OS-ex221 Super Emulsion Paint for Exterior Walls

Description: OS-ex221 is a super emulsion paint prepared with 100% acrylic ester latex. It has excellent resistance to weather, sunlight and water and is an ideal decorative material of the non-toxic and environmental protection type.
Use: For long-lasting protection of the interior and exterior walls of office buildings, hotels and dwelling-houses.
Appearance: Mid-sheen
Color: According to our color schemes or the customer’s sample
Outstanding Features:
Excellent weathering resistance and opacity;
Strong adhesion and resistance to washing and rubbing;
Excellent resistance to water and alkali; the coating lasts long, not efflorescing or flaking easily;
The finish is smooth, glossy and tough. It has minimal dirt and dust retention and is anti-fungus and mouldproof.

Directions for Use:
Application Method: By brush, roller or spray
Temperature: The surrounding temperature should not be below +5℃ when before use.
Coverage: Theoretical 10㎡/kg
Dilution: Add 5-15% clean water according to actual need and stir well before use.
Surface Preparation:
New Cement or Plaster Surface: About three weeks of thorough drying (humidity less than 10%, PH<10) is needed. Remove loose material and dust from the surfaces and keep them clean, dry and tough. Alkaline Surface can also be neutralized with acid if necessary.
Old Painted Surfaces: Remove the powdery and flaking old coating, scrape off loose cement and plaster, and repair the damaged areas. Paint should be applied until the substrate is thoroughly dried.
Application: First apply one coat of OS-300 Primer or OS-400 Primer, and then finish with two coats of OS-ex221 Super Emulsion Paint for Exterior Walls.
Recoat: After 2 hours at least.
Tool Cleaning: After the painting job, immediately clean the tools with water when the paint adhering to them is still soluble.
Storage: Kept in cool and dry places.
Packing: 5kg, 10kg, 25kg.
