OS-ex223 Superior Emulsion Paint for Exterior Walls

Description: OS-ex223 is a super emulsion paint prepared with 100% acrylic ester latex. It has excellent resistance to weather, ultraviolet rays and rain water, and is a choice decorative material of the non-toxic and environmental protection type.
Use: For long-lasting protection and decoration of the interior and exterior brick or cement surfaces of a building.
Appearance: Mid-sheen
Color: According to our color schemes or the customer’s sample.
Outstanding Features:
Excellent weathering resistance and strong adhesion;
Colorful coating and good opacity;
Strong resistance to water, alkali, washing and rubbing;
The coating is tough, smooth and glossy, and in anti-fungus and moldproof.

Directions for Use:
Application Method: By brush, roller or spray
Temperature: The surrounding temperature should not be below +5℃ when before use.
Coverage: Theoretical 8㎡/kg
Dilution: Add 5-15% clean water according to actual need and stir well before use.
Surface Preparation:
New Cement or Plaster Surfaces: About three weeks of thorough drying (humidity less than 10%, PH<10) is needed. Remove loose material and dust from the surfaces and keep them clean, dry and tough. If necessary, acid can be used to neutralize the alkaline surfaces.
Old Painted Surfaces: Remove the powdery and flaking old coating, scrape off loose cement and plaster, and repair the damaged areas. Paint should not be applied until the substrate is completely dried.
Application: First apply one coat of OS-300 Primer or OS-400 Primer, and then finish with two coats of OS-ex223 Superior Emulsion Paint.
Recoat: After 2 hours at least.
Tool Cleaning: After the painting job, immediately clean the tools with water when the paint adhering to them is still soluble.
Storage: Kept in cool and dry places.
Packing: 5kg, 10kg, 25kg.
