Description: Osland high-class water-based topcoat paint is a kind of long lasting acrylic organic silicon topcoat paint, based on silicone resin.
Use: Applicable to the gloss paint topcoat lustering of all kinds of new or old exterior walls and the decoration and protection of building stone surface, especially suitable for the exterior decoration and protection of hotels, business buildings and high-rise buildings.
Color: Ivory-white
Characteristics: Full gloss, good adherence, strong penetrability, excellent weather resistance and easy painting; paint film is tense, close, waterproof, pollution-free and self-clean. It especially suits exterior paint for top coating and protection with the character of excellent durability and weather resistance and more than 10 years life length.

Directions for Use
Application Method: Roller/brush/spray painting
Application Condition: Wall surface must be level, firm and clean. Water content of the wall ≤8ï¼…, and PH scale ≤10
Recoat: After 2 hours at least
Coverage: Theoretical 0.15-0.2kg/㎡ (dry film thickness, 15 μm)

Points for Attention:
1. Churn it fully before use;
2. Make it sealed with cap after use;
3. No application is allowed if the temperature is lower than 5℃, or there is rain or wind (wind power≥4);
4. It is not dangerous, non-toxic and non-flammable;
5. Validity is 6 months;
6. Store it in a dry and cool place with the right temperature between 0℃ and 30℃.
