  1. Milk causes upset stomachs in dogs, both cows and goats milk. If your dog is still young needing liquid nourishment and can not get it from the mother dog, then you need to get a puppy milk replacement, that comes in both powder and canned form. You can give it to your dog by a dropper or small baby bottle. When they are very young, puppies need to be fed about every 3 hours. The puppy will let you know when it is hungry by crying and whining.
When the dog reaches about 4-5 weeks, you can go ahead and switch them to a dry puppy food. Best of luck with your dog.
    Hope I helped.

  2. No, cow’s milk is not nutritionally adequate for a puppy.
Go to the vet and get some puppy milk replacer. And have them show you how to give it.
Have you checked the pup for a cleft palate? Has it been checked by the vet to see why it’s not nursing properly?

  3. no never cows milk, use goat milk, keep putting the puppt to mom teats, try the teats closer to the hind ligs the nipples are smaller and it has the most milk

  4. No. Cow’s milk is not made for dogs. Have your vet recommend a puppy formula if he feels the puppy is in need of supplementary feeding.
