Hi i was wondering how you find some one if ever they were in drug treatment or just to do research on finding some one you have not seen in 20 years or so.
Going the drug treatment route will most likely get you nowhere because they keep those records pretty confidential.The way I would go is to just do a search of the city records where the person is from.You would be able to see court records that are public.
Or you could try the whitepages.com for free. Next would be to pay the 30.00 fee that one of the sites that do a background check and see where that leads you.Some of those will give you addresses where they have last lived and records of any places they have registered with the utility companies etc.. The problem you will run into here is that none of the drug treatment facilities will be allowed to divulge that information to you unless you get a court order to do so. There is a law called the “Patient Privacy Act” which means that you will need a court order to get that information. Period.
