  1. They’re porbably afraid of what to say to you. They probably have never had something like that happen before and so they’re scared. Your true friends hopefully feel safe and not scared to be around you and talk to you. It just takes some time for them to get used to you. Have a conversation with them and your guidance counselor. Basically, all you can do is give it some time. If you don’t feel comfortable, have a conversation with your parents about possiblility of transferring schools. Good luck, I hope you’re doing better. stick with it, life is very precious and you’re special, don’t ever forget that.

  2. This maybe the worst way to deal, but what I like to do is to dive to an extreme, then taper down. So, I would suggest getting some sort of huge sign to others saying that you where. Then over time after, become more relaxed about it.

  3. WEll if your perfectly alright now, act perfecly alright. if they are being extra kind to you, except it graciously but show you can do things for yourself. If they are just acting like you could flip out on them at any moment or go back to your old habits, prove them wrong! You went to that center to become well again, so act well!!!! People should know that you are under control now and that you can handle your life.

  4. happy to know u r out of the treatment centre n safe. Dont worry, i know how it feels like to be alienated, but u shud behave as if nothing was ever wrong and i am sure the people around u will also get back to normal.Remember dont seem pitiable or like a weirdo.Best of luck

  5. Maybe it is your own sinsitivity. Just try to act normal and they will accept you as you are.

  6. In my opinion, if you’ve honestly changed your life and people are too blind to see that or too stubborn to try, maybe you need to find new people to associate with. If it’s your family, then I would recommend confronting the issue & telling them that they need to TRY to have a little faith in you & that it would be much easier for you to continue on the right path if you had some sincere support on your side….again, just my opinion.
