Im On Probation For Dwi And Was Wondering If The Probation Department Will Ever Drug Test Me?
they had sent me to a treatment place and they decided i wasnt chemically dependent so i was put in a 6 week program where they saliva tested me once and i passed. i graduated from 6 week treatment so im done with my treatment part of my probation. will my officer ever urine test me? he has never urine tested me before for the 5 months ive been on probation.
If you really have to ask, then I suggest you talk to someone. I’m sure you know that many work places require drug testing. I’ll bet you didn’t know that there are tests that can tell if you’ve ever used drugs. Here’s a little bit of information for you. Alcohol leaves your system at a rate of .025 per hour. Eating before you drink, only slows up the absorption rate, so it would take longer. Think about it. Why would you want to ruin your life, or possibly someone else’s?.
He could, but I doubt it. If he was going to, he already nwould have.
He could its done randomly you better stay straight untill your off probabtion cause if you fail then you will be in violation and then go to jail and have to finish your probabtion up in jail
He probably has the authority to do so. I wouldn’t give him a reason to test you. You screw up your probation you know what they are going to do with you – straight to the clink.
To quote ‘if you live outside the law, you better be honest’. That said, you were in the wrong place at the wrong time and got caught. Obviously you did have a problem at the time of getting busted. Poor choice on your part? Even two drinks, even two beers can get you in trouble, and after all, it is the job of law enforcement to do their job. You may not think you have a problem but you did indeed have a problem and have had to address it. Once you get in the system you have a long haul to get out of the system. I suggest you think about it and make some positive changes in your life to avoid trouble. It’s best to be informed and play by the rules. Be good and get over it.
Ask your probation officer what the terms of your probation are. He will tell you whether or not you need to be tested. My guess, if it’s your first offense, no. Why would you want to start back doing the one thing that got you in trouble in the first place?
I would never assume that a probation officer would not test. Being clean may be a requirement to end probation.
yes they will….I’ve used terminater gold 60, it says it takes an hour to clean u up, but it took 2hrs just to finish the product. say u want to take a test at 11am, start drinking it at 6-7am. wait till your pee turns yellow before you head out to the test. I also used natrully klean in the past
