Should Medicare And Medicaid Pay For Treatment Of Those Abuse Drugs/alcohol, Smoke And Over Eat?

my opinion on this is that if they can afford to indulge in alcohol, smoking, and over-eating, then they should be able to afford to pay for some sort of insurance on their own or pay for the treatment out of pocket.
Medicare/Medicaid should be for people who don’t put themselves in the situation they’re in. If I am born with a disability, these agencies should help out.. If I just eat too much fast food and have a heart attack, that should be my expense.
