Physical and chemical properties:

Appearance is gream-colored powder, insoluble in water. Sodium in xylene. It shows yellow colored when in caustic solution. Melting point: 222-223°C.

Specification:

Appearance: light cream-colored brown uniform powder

Shade: similar to the standard

Strength: 100

I.M.P. of dry product: ≥217°C

Insolubles in alkali solution: ≤0.5%

Moisture content: ≤0.3%

Fineness: ≤5%(residue through 60mesh)

Application: For cotton dyeing and printing, intermediate for organic pigments.

Packing: In 25kgs net in woven bags, polywood drums or iron drums all lined with plastic bag.

Physical and chemical properties:

Appearance is cream-colored yellow uniform powder, initial melting point of dry product 193°C. Insoluble in water. It is yellow transparent solution when soluble in sodium hydroxide. It can couple with diazoic salts of aromatic amine series to produce insoluble azoic dyes.

Specification:

Appearance: Light yellow powder

Shade: similar to the standard

Strength: 100

Content: ≥98.5%

I.M.P. of dry product: 193°C

Insolubles in alkali solution: ≤0.2%

Content of Bon acid: ≤0.1%

Fineness: ≤5%(residue through 60mesh)

Application: For manufacturing azo dyes, dyeing and printing cotton fibre, viscose fibre and synthetic fibre.

Appearance is light cream-colored uniform powder. Initial melting point is more than 247°C. Soluble in alcohol and sodium hydroxide solution. And its solution is yellow clear liquid. It can couple with diazo salts of aromatic anilines to produce insoluble azoic dyes.

Specification:

Appearance: light yellow cream-colored powder

Content: ≥98.5%

I.M.P. of dry product: ≥247.2°C

Insolubles in alkali solution: ≤0.1%

Shade after coupled with scarlet red base G: similar

Strength after coupled with scarlet red base G: 100±5

Application: For manufacturing organic pigments and dyeing and printing cotton fibre, viscose fibre and a part of synthsis fibre.
