Does The Nutrition Of Man Has Any Impact On The Baby’s Health Or He Just Transfers His Genes(dna) To The Baby
Assume that the man has enough sperm and doesn’t have any fertility problem. I am wondering if his nutrition before conceiving affects the baby’s health? In other words, I am wondering if what he eats is important for his sperm to make a healthy baby? If the sperm just transfers his DNA to the baby, his DNA is a fixed thing and shouldn’t be affected by his nutrition!?!!?
I think you answered the question yourself very well.
If you need some reassurance I agree with you entirely.
Sperm count yes DNA can’t see it unless he has been eating Sellafield Lamb or Chernobyl Potatoes.
Good question!
I highly doubt it though. The mother has to eat healthy, take her vitamins and avoid stress or falling sick in order to make sure that the baby has a better chance of coming out as healthy as possible.
It is certainly possible that a man’s diet can affect his fertility, as do other aspects of lifestyle. For instance, men who smoke have decreased fertility.
Idk
but i do know that if a parent or both parents are overweight an unhealhty the baby will have more fat cells, so assuming that is true, his health must have some impact on the baby
